WE OFFER
We offer three types of customization services to meet your different needs:
1. Custom Design from Your Drawing：If you have a design idea, you can upload your design sketches or inspiration images, and our designers will bring your vision to life.
2. Customize by Changing the Center Stone：If you like our existing designs but want to change the center stone (such as emerald, sapphire, etc.), we will customize the piece according to your selection.
3. From Concept to Creation：If you want to start from scratch, our designers will communicate with you to create a piece of jewelry tailored to your dreams, including the category, style, material, and gemstones.

Customization Process
Once we confirm receipt of your final payment, we will promptly arrange for shipment and notify you via email. Please note that custom-made jewelry is unique and non-returnable or exchangeable. Thank you for your understanding.
Jewelry production typically takes 4 weeks. Once the jewelry is completed, we will notify you via email. Before shipment, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
The final design, based on your approved plan, will be sent to you for review. Please note that the final design will not be subject to further changes. At this stage, we will provide you with a quote, and a 50% down payment of the quoted price will be required.
After confirming your requirements, we’ll create an initial design draft. Once you receive the draft, if you have any additional ideas, please let us know so that we can make modifications based on the existing draft. You will have up to 3 opportunities to refine the design, but please note that these adjustments should not involve major changes to the initial design concept.
We'll communicate with you via email to confirm the initial customization plan and ideas. At this stage, a design fee of $80 will be required. Please note that the design fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the custom jewelry after this stage.
Please share your requirements and ideas with us via email, or even a story, to help us gain inspiration for the design. You may also provide reference images, or your own design sketches and plans.
