Shipping Terms

  1. In-stock Items：In-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment and are expected to arrive within 10-15 days.
  2. Custom Orders：Custom orders require a production period of 30 days, and delivery is estimated within 1-15 days after shipment.
  3. Free Shipping Policy：Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

 

Special Cases：

  • If an in-stock item is unavailable, our customer service team will confirm shipping time after the order is placed. It generally requires 1-2 weeks. Please contact customer service before placing an order.


Return Policy

  1. Our products are handcrafted. To ensure resaleability, returns must be shipped back within 48 hours of receipt.
  2. Products must be in perfect condition for returns or exchanges, accompanied by the original packaging and any included gifts.


Product Service Policy

  1. Lifetime Warranty：Custom products featuring lab-grown gems and diamonds are covered by a lifetime warranty.
  2. General Product Warranty：Products with non-man-made damage or discoloration can be repaired within 3 months of receipt (shipping cost borne by the customer).
  3. Silver Oxidation：Oxidation of sterling silver is a natural occurrence and can be remedied using a silver polishing cloth.
  4. Handcrafted Characteristics：Minor imperfections and size variations are normal for handcrafted items. Please purchase with this in mind.
  5. Shipping Handling Notes：Slight bending of earring posts may occur during shipping. This can be gently straightened and is not considered a defect.
  6. Engraving Service：We offer free engraving, available upon request at the time of order. Limited to 10 characters. We will communicate the specific layout with you via email.
